“I have been very impressed with the work done by Westquay in completing our build. Michael Planel was in regular communication with me in respect to the build and was easily contacted if I had any queries or concerns. The build was conducted in an efficient and organised manner and kept to within the budget allocated. It was also a pleasure to meet with Michael personally in the finishing stages of the project. The work done by Westquay was of very high quality and it is a pleasure to live in our new residence. Michael has given an assurance that he can be contacted if there are any outstanding issues with the build and, given the nature of our previous contact, I have no concerns in that regard. It would be a pleasure to recommend Westquay to any further prospective clients.”

“Westquay was engaged to replace a building company that was well below average for a dwelling in a good location. They identified and rectified a number of structural defects. With the help of their interior designer, a well-appointed house was built, as seen by the photos. In my experience, the supervision and subcontractors did high-quality work, demonstrating love and diligence in their work. Probably not unsurprising as they have built a number of houses around the City of Nedlands. Awesome experience and awesome building company.”

“Working with Malin & the whole WestQuay team on our home renovation has been an absolute dream. From the very first conversation, Malin just understood what we were envisioning, and then translated it into something more considered and more beautiful than we could have imagined ourselves. What really set WestQuay apart is how they handle constraints. Every limitation in our home (a structural pillar that couldn’t be moved, air-con units that needed to be concealed) they turned into intentional design moments that actually elevate the space and feel completely purposeful. To find a team in Perth who can design and build to this level of craft, under one roof, is something truly special. We can’t recommend WestQuay highly enough.”
