Workplace Transformation
This workplace fit-out draws upon an industrial material palette of steel, timber, concrete and textured finishes to create a space that feels authentic, purposeful and enduring. The design balances functionality with atmosphere, combining robust detailing, carefully integrated services, and bespoke joinery to support the day-to-day operations of a leading contractor within the construction industry.
Westquay was engaged to deliver the construction of the project, working closely with the client to ensure the design intent was realised with precision. From the coordination of trades and services through to the execution of bespoke architectural elements and finishes, our role extended beyond construction alone, helping to navigate the complexities of the fit-out process while maintaining quality, programme and budget objectives. The result is a contemporary workplace that communicates professionalism, craftsmanship and confidence – a space that is both highly functional and a true reflection of the business it represents.
